Nomad Roy & Travel:
In 2014 I decided to take a sabbatical from my long time teaching job in Bellevue, Washington to pursue my desire to see much more of the world than I already had. A long time motorcycle enthusiast I wanted to make this journey on a bike and take it as far as I could. After 8 months of travel through many countries in Europe I needed to make a decision to return to work after my one year sabbatical was up or to quit and keep on traveling. I made the monumental decision to keep on traveling.
I continued my motorcycle adventure travel for another year traveling from Europe through Central Asia and Asia. Life is great as Nomad Roy and although I am currently back in the USA working and saving up for my next adventure more trips are in my future. You’ll see some of my stories from the journey so far on this site.
